Eathos Return & Replacement Policy
At Eathos, we want every bite to feel right. Because our products are food items, all purchases made directly from our website are considered final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to make it right.
ELIGIBLE REPLACEMENTS
We offer replacements only in cases where:
• the product arrives damaged,
• the packaging is compromised, or
• the item received does not meet quality standards or is incorrect.
REPORTING PERIOD
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Prompt reporting helps us resolve the issue quickly.
SUPPORTING PHOTOS
To process your request efficiently, please share:
• clear photos of the damaged or affected product,
• images of the outer packaging, and
• your order number.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
• Approved claims will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
• If the same item is unavailable, we will provide a product of equal value.
• If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
• Approved refunds are credited to the beneficiary bank account within 5–7 business days.
• Eathos reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
• Replacement deliveries are completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
SHIPPING COSTS
If the issue is due to damage, quality concerns, or an incorrect item:
• return shipping costs are covered by us,
• replacement shipping is also covered by us.
Please retain the original packaging to ensure safe return transit.

• description of the issue,
• clear photos of the product and packaging.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
We do not accept requests for:

PICKUP TIMELINE
Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup within 5–7 business days.
