We started Eathos because we were tired of choosing.

Tired of choosing between snacks that tasted good and snacks that were actually good for you.


The Problem We Saw

Walk into any store in India and you have two options: junk that tastes amazing, or health food that tastes like cardboard and costs a fortune. The middle ground — snacks that are genuinely nutritious and genuinely delicious — barely existed.

Meanwhile, most Indians were snacking more than ever. Working longer hours. Eating at desks. Reaching for whatever was closest. And what was closest was almost always chips, biscuits, or namkeen — fine occasionally, but not as a daily habit.


Why Edamame

We'd been looking for a snack that could genuinely replace chips — something with real protein, real fibre, real crunch, and real flavour. We found it in edamame: a young soybean that's been a nutritional staple across Asia for centuries.

Roasted until crunchy, seasoned boldly, and packed with more protein per gram than most meats — it was everything we were looking for. We just had to make it work for the Indian palate. So we did. Four flavours, two sizes, zero compromise on ingredients.


Where We Come From

Eathos was born in Siliguri — a city at the crossroads of cultures, right at the foothills of the Himalayas. We're a small, founder-led brand. There's no large factory behind us, no corporate parent company. Just a deep belief that what you snack on matters, and a commitment to making better options more accessible.

Every pack that leaves our hands has been thought about carefully — from the sourcing of the bean to the balance of the seasoning to the honesty of what goes on the label.
